This review is for the supplies department at Centura tiles. I am a bathroom and kitchen contractor (www.jayousco.ca); i have been buying tile supplies like cutters, spacers and waterproofing since few years from Centura. The quality of the products they sell is very good. Today I had to change a wheel on a sigma cutter. BIG THANKS TO CAM AND MATTHEW WHO HELPED IN INSTALLING THE WHEEL. Very competitive procing on Shluter brand waterproofing sold here.

Great experience. The staff were welcoming and great to work with. No one had a sales attitude or was trying to sell you on products - you approach them when you need help. They have a great selection of tile with some quite unique pieces. It was also great to see a tile shop open on weekends!

Customer service like you wouldn’t believe! My wife and I had become quite discouraged after visiting a number of tile stores and strolled in to Centura and met Shahrzad. We left after 2 hours of 1-1 support with the entire house styled and picked. AMAZING!

Absolutely the worst customer service you could imagine. Believe the bad reviews! They completely wasted our time when arriving at 8am after "confirming" over a 1000 pieces were available. This ended up costing us over two weeks delay and on top of that we had to drive 4 times to complete one set of tiles. This caused the contractor to have to come back numerous times and have no work to do. The kitchen would of easily been done on time for the baby and family instead we missed thanksgiving dinner and had no choice but to stay elsewhere. In addition they act like it's no big deal and almost smile while telling you that they made a mistake. When we called about a very specific tile. I have worked in the service industry for a long time and if you like wasting time and money and driving to Dufferin and Lawrence in traffic for nothing then this is the place to go. I have worked with small tile companies that make big Centura look like they don't even exist. No empathy for the customer and no competency from the staff. Buyer Beware.

Worst customer service experience. I drove more than an hour to the warehouse to make sure I am getting the right colours. I got back and the tiles in the box didn’t match. They said they can send new tiles that will take few days to send and I have to pay again. And return the others. I sent the tiles back but they had forgotten to return the money on my credit card. I had to track it and ask for money back. After finishing the project we had one unused box that we were supposed to return with 20 percent restocking fee reduction. We took it on Sunday and they said the ware house is open Monday to Saturday. Then we took it on Saturday they said the warehouse is accepting the tiles only in the morning and refused to take the tiles back.

Very nice clean and organized store. Displays are well laid out. Order desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Weekends it can get busy and I’ve had some problems with getting a proper estimate from the sales staff on the floor. The enclosed loading bay is a nice luxury during the winter. Don’t forget to enjoy the coffee shop by the loading bay.

Incredible experience!!! The service was 5 star, and the tiles were incredible quality. We were overwhelmed and in-awe with the beautiful selection of tiles and had the most amazing, supportive staff help us bring our vision to life. Our tiles got put in last week and they are stunning!!
